  Just got home from going to the drive-thru. Didn’t get part of my order. In this economy, I’m really tired of paying for food I don’t freaking get.

  I ordered the nachos Belgrande and got home to open it up and my nachos are saturated in grease and mostly beans on them! I ordered and paid for extra cheese and didn't get it! Absolutely disgusting! Also ordered a few soft tacos with light lettuce and they were piled with lettuce.

  Couldn't even get served this morning. Every single item the customer in front of me ordered, the person at the register had to go ask someone else a question. I waited over 10 minutes before giving up and going to the kiosk. I had no choice but today cash. So at the end the kiosk directed me back to the counter, which had an even longer line, and no cashier present now. It is called fast food for a reason. I am okay waiting 10 minutes for my food, but waiting over 10 minutes just to place an order is not okay. I will no longer consider this location when I'm on lunch break at work.

  I would prob come here twice as much as I do but it's always a service issue, for example the last time I was here I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo at 8pm on a Friday night with only one other car in the drive through. I must have sat at the second window for 20 minutes before they asked if I could take extra crispy instead of original... Ten minutes after that I got my, less-than-$20 order... It seemed like they were trying they just didn't know what to do, like they don't have anyone that can manage anything, what happens if you get actually busy?? 4 hour wait?
