  The service is unacceptable. Half the words they speak are mumbles and some workers start trolling with certain people.

  This Taco Bell/KFC in Exton is easily the most poorly ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I waited over 45 minutes for a KFC order and ended up with a couple of random Taco Bell items I didn’t even ask for. The staff was completely disorganized, and the whole operation felt off. On a real note, this place should seriously be investigated—it’s extremely sketchy. Don’t waste your time or money here (unless something has dramatically changed recently).

  This place needs to be shut down!! Drive thru takes way too long, I sat today for 13 minutes!! & they got my order wrong!! , all of the employees are either drunk, high or simply mean, rude & disrespectful! Save your money, time, dignity, & sanity, & take your business elsewhere! smfh

  Went through the drive thru tonight at 8:50 and was told the store was closed..... Online hours state 12am maybe they should have had a sign if they were celebrating Columbus Day or if it was posted online. This store has gone down so bad and so fast with the most unpleasant people working there I wish someone cared the fact they make u pay at the window and tell u to pull to the back door to get your food is creepy.

  Taco Bell. Oct 2 7:30 pm. I went in & 3 people waiting for orders. The girl seemed to just have no urge to work. I ordered food. I watched those folk get their orders. I then watched 5 KFC folks come in get their food & leave. Next guy wanted some kfc & he was charged & then told that food he ordered didn’t exist. I kinda felt bad. Meanwhile I watched as at least 8 cars went through drive through. No lie, it was 15 minutes b4 I got my food. It sat there because the girl served yet another kfc customer ahead of me. I got home. Soft tacos were soggy. 7 layer burrito had an odd crunch. I was freaked out. I then figured it was hard rice. After I had 4 of them on my plate I gave up. I ate half a burrito & 1 of 2 tacos & threw the rest away. The drink area was a disgrace & the restroom was um….. I won’t go there. Whoever is manager should be fired. I only went to get 7 layer burrito. The girl at counter said ‘only 5 layer.’ I pointed out menu & she said ‘oh.’ Man this place sucks & $9.50 to not get full & most in garbage was sad. :( Sad
