Being told “you get what you get” after they hand you the wrong food is a new experience for me. The “WE DONT PROCESS REFUNDS” sticker is a nice touch. Also, not wrapping food and just throwing open items down into the bag is disturbing.

Was told to pull around in the lot for my food, I had to wait 30 minutes for them to come out with my order. And not only that, the order was messed up and had missing items. I don’t know who’s working here but this clearly isn’t the profession for them.

I ordered 3 Fresco Tacos today. The tacos were all cold. I could taste one of the chicken slices in it was definitely still frozen. Friendly Service but that doesn't make up for 3 cold tacos.

Avoid this location at all costs. An absolute joke of an establishment. I’m not one to set high expectations from fast food places but this place can’t even achieve the bare minimum of being friendly or accountable. I noticed a sign on the drive thru window saying they’re not longer allowing refunds and after my experience I’m sure it’s because they have more angry customers than happy. It’s beyond evident that there is no good management in place to structure the staff.
I wish I was exaggerating when I say my entire order was wrong. I let the girl at the window know which she had an I don’t care attitude about and almost insinuated it was my fault somehow. I asked if I had to pay one of the items she didn’t charge me for while they did the rest and she told me no and to pull around to the front door. As I’m waiting by the door I witness the (what I’m assuming was) the manager and the girl from the is now come out to yell at a man who was driving away. After waiting a long time the girl comes out to tell me I now need to come inside to pay for the missing item or they won’t make it. Throughout this entire ordeals not a single “sorry about that” or any kind of customer service. I got dirty looks for checking my bag. And I heard them mocking other customers while I was in the lobby.
I’ve worked at a Taco Bell in the past and I’m shocked that their “management” allows this behavior. It felt like the place is run by unsupervised 14 year olds.

The food was all over the place, the hard tacos were broken into pieces no lettuce or tomatoes. Gave me the wrong order. Everything was thrown in the bag like they didn’t care smh. Mind you Im not even from Pa only came to visit I love me some Taco Bell but this Taco Bell is the worst I ever had rs
