I called the store at 215 to complain that my order was incorrect. 1. I ordered a steak quesadilla, soft taco, Pepsi with 2 sauces. The girl misrepresented herself as a manager, manager wouldn't get on the phone to correct the issue then told me, the paying customerI'm wrong and they were right. Seriously???? If I wasn't so busy at work, I wouldn't driven up to that place and then really showed them how WRONG THEY WERE. THE unprofessionalism is ridiculous. If you don't know how to deal with the public and admit that you're wrong, then there's a problem. I read my order# back to this unpleasant person and still nothing. Don't go here. They can't get right!!

This Taco Bell also a KFC, is always fresh, and service is friendly and fast (we usually do the drive through).

I place a mobile order and they forgot some sauces I PAID FOR?! The person at the window even said “If you added them online they are in the bag”, guess what? They were NOT in the bag, when I asked for them she looked annoyed, I asked for honey sauce, 2 KFC sauce and a 2 Honey BBQ and the only thing she gave me was just ONE honey sauce packet, and not the other ones which I had already paid for?!
