This is my local Taco Bell for the past year. My wife does a lot of deliveries from here for door dash. They are usually on point and I've never had to go back cause something was wrong or something was missing. Until today, they missed the spicy ranch on my wife gordita crunch and the apple caramel empanada, they asked me to see the order and show prof. Once I did the worker proceeded to say "make sure you remember his face so he doesn't come here with stories again" all in Spanish. One I showed the proof that y'all asked for with my recipe in hand so what story am I coming with? Second of all the manager just lets the workers talk all disrespectfully to the customer in a different language. Lucky for me I'm bilingual and understood what was said. Definitely do not recommend this Taco Bell store at all.

Sloppy food and not very fresh restaurant. Expensive compared to what you get.

I used to love coming here, and I still hold out some hope that it'll improve. However, I was beyond disappointed when going through the drive thru. I ordered a number six, no tomatoes. I have zero idea what was going through the head of whoever took my order - it SEEMED like it would be correct. it wasn't like I was asked what filling I wanted, so you'd think that would be because the correct number of combo was hit. NOPE. Somehow a "number six" was punched in as a number 8. Managed to get the 'no tomato' thing right, at least. But how do two chicken chalupas and a taco get changed to three tacos? I paid for something that costs almost $14 and got a meal that costs under $9? I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, or I absolutely would have gotten the order replaced then and there.
