  My husband and I were of course doing that thing all couples do, what’s for dinner. Well while driving we decided to stop in at Taco Bell of all places. Now, I wasn’t expecting this to be a great meal but it was gonna hit the spot either way. That’s not what happened, not only was the food great, for once I had to have extra chips to eat the toppings. The food was hot and fresh. It honestly was like the lady made it with love, or at least a passion for something. The young man behind the counter was attentive, super helpful, extremely patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. This was truly an experience I haven’t had at a Taco Bell since I worked at one. Bravo Taco Bell! Counter guy was Eduardo Mate, Alexa was the young lady who made my food. I will absolutely be back and looking for those two when I come.

  The whole experience was excellent. The employee at the window was especially pleasant and polite. The food was perfect, and even tasted really good after my 25 min drive home. 110% perfect experience! Your efforts do not go unnoticed. Taco bell, and this location specifically, top my list (by a lot) of fast food restaurants. I'm constantly dissipointed for wasting my money at other chain restaurants. Thank you!

  There is precisely one decent employee on night shift at this location and it's a very pleasant older lady that works nights. Most of the rest of them are outright rude and incompetent. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered something and added this or that sauce for it to not be on there at all or for it to be on the bottom sixth of the burrito. I can't tell you how many times I've had missing things from orders. This location is never covered up (I wonder why). The most I've ever seen in any line is three people. But even going there and ordering with no one else in line they still managed to get very simple things wrong and to leave stuff out. Take your money somewhere else. Recently they have started outright being rude. It is literally the job the people working there to service customers. If they don't want to be nice about it, they should find another line of work. I can help It's almost the only thing open when I go home. But believe this I will NEVER go back to this location again. Just this week alone they have been rude to me and cheated me out of money for things I rightfully paid for but we're not included. Honestly, they should start closing at 10:00, the way they make me feel when I go through the drive-thru after that makes me feel like they should just close at 10:00. If you're being paid to be there, why not do your job well? If you will not do your job well they would retain more business by just closing at 10:00.
