  Thoroughly UNSANITARY. Ordered from this Taco Bell - through the Taco Bell app. Taco Bell had control over the whole process. It was the most disgusting Taco Bell experience I have encountered. The food was delivered over an hour later while "Jose" who had the food swinging off his bicycle handles and felt around *inside* the unsealed food bag - where food was not wrapped - it was disgusting. It was dirty - it was well under room temperature and completely unsafe to eat. It was nasty. Taco Bell knew they were handing it - along with other orders - to a person who was not able to deliver it in an edible, safe or timely manner. I contacted Taco Bell to let them know. They sent a coupon. To order rotten food a second time?

  It’s in the middle of downtown silver spring and almost all the time is understaffed and sells alcohol so I don’t know why people complain about the weight time but the servers are always good with orders I’ve been to Taco Bell’s where they have more workers and take longer than this place but I mean this one is pretty good with time management for the staff they have and how crowded it can get at times

  This is the absolute worst location ever, the workers clearly hate their jobs. When you ask about an order they just ignore you and walk away. Like they really need to do better, rehire people who actually want to do their jobs or shut this location down.

  Normally pretty good during the day time, I will never ever go again at night. I waited 35 minutes for 3 burritos before ultimately giving up. I tried to be patient and not shove my phone in the employee’s face like all of the DoorDash drivers, but it seems like they will not care about you or your order if you don’t.

  This review is directed entirely at the manager of this location and/or the corporate office, not any of the workers. It is a dishonest and deceptive business practice to list your location as open 24 hours, but instruct your workers to tell customers that the location is closed after 2:00 a.m.
