I went to pickup an order that I placed 30
Minutes prior for pickup at 7:15.
There was no one working the front counter, when someone finally came up to the register @ 7:35, I asked for a refund, when the manager arrive he stated that he couldn’t give me a refund I said okay then I’d like my food, I ordered it for 7:15 so I could grab it and go! Manager REFUSED to give me my money back and stated I can do it online in the app, (the manager also didn’t offer to help, and also stated it would be 24 HR… Which it DOES NOT give you the option to do, I explained this they told me to leave or they were calling the police, I said go ahead, I called them also!
Funny thing is WHEN I SAW THE COPS PULL UP, the food came out, I explained the situation to the police, I showed him that it didn’t let me ask to cancel, mind you the order still showed in process, so I ended up taking the food at 7:50… The store was nasty, the employees were not in uniform nor meeting health code violations, (see photos), then Taco Bell TRESPASSED ME, for asking for my money or food….
DONT WORRY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO TACO BELL ANY LOCATION, EVER! I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING CORPORATE, AS WELL AS PUBLIC RELATIONS!
