  I've been to this and other Taco Bells in Chicago many times, and I am not sure why this one has so many low-star reviews. They are consistently kind here and I don't think I have ever had an issue with my order at this location. This store is also always pretty clean. I appreciate the staff here always making it a pleasant experience.

  30 min wait for 3 items and they said it was going to take another 10-15. Ridiculous. Left without my order. Hire more staff! Very bad management

  Stop allowing this location to take delivery orders. Why does it take over an hour for a mexican pizza and a burrito with 0 changes?

  I love Taco Bell. It is my favorite fast food place (followed closely by Burger King). Taco Bell provides its customers a great meal at a great value. Unfortunately, at this location, they provide a very poor value. Why pay almost 2x as much for a 7 layer burrito compared to a rice and bean burrito when they provide all beans and almost no rice, almost no lettuce, almost cheese, fair amount of guac (not gonna lie), no tomatoes at all, and no onions at all. Going to go to the other nearby location instead

  ordered from the app, said it would be ready in 6-16 minutes. i pressed order while i was a 16 minute walk away, but it immediately said my order would be ready in an hour and a half. i thought it might be a glitch so i went to ask the lady at the counter and she said “it’s not ready” before i finished my sentence and without even looking at the name on the order. i tried to ask if an hour and a half was a genuine estimate, because if so i would cancel the order, and she just ignored me and walked away. i asked the security guy and he said “probably 30 minutes tops.” cancelled my order and walked home
