Slow always 25 to 35 minutes wait I do Uber eats I hate coming to pick up from this location its to owner you need 2 to 3 more help after 8pm because decline, the orders from y'all because y'all just slow and being cheap, and you just need a higher more staff to handle overheats and DoorDash. And all the app companies mean, you're a 24 hour business. After everyone closes where I don't know why this doesn't make sense in your brain. I'm a business owner too. And I just do Uber Eats just to show people on. Social media because I'm a social media influencer and to show people that, you know, you can make good money with Uber heats. But like when it comes to your location, it gives it the wrong Feels because I don't understand I went to your location last night there was nobody in there waiting. There wasn't no drivers waiting. And then I'm walking, I was like, oh good. This is the first time I'm gonna walk in here. And get my food with no problem. So the next thing I know and not is that I had 2 orders. But it didn't matter. I still waited like 30 minutes, and there was nobody there like you. You need to put a better system in the play. After 8 PM or after 12PAM because there's not that many places that are open. I mean, that's a no-brainer. If you want me to change my reviews, then you need to hire more people. It should be no more than a 5 to 10 minutes, 5 minutes Max. For the app drivers, the app drivers should have a priority over everybody else. Because these app drivers are using their own personal cars to serve y'all food to your guests. And if it wasn't for us, your customers would not have no Taco Bell. Anytime anytime if it wasn't for us, so what I feel like you need to do, you need to apologize to all the drivers you need to show app owner to the location and see what's going on after 8 PM for like a week or 2, and you see what I'm talking about. I'm a very powerful influencer, and this review You can't hurt you now. If you want me to change it, fix your problem. And then when I come back and it's fixed, I will change my review. That's it until you fix your problem. Or I'm not gonna even come pick up from y'all no more. And y'all still have wait times and I see people reject your orders drivers. They got so bad. Uber had to pay us more money to sit there to wait for the food. Then, it's like, oh, you're going down there to Wilson taco. Bell, how much is the order? Oh, you gonna be waiting like 45 minutes. I've waited almost an hour in prime time. And in the summertime, with a whole bunch of drivers sitting outside looking crazy, and it's just like you need more staff at nighttime period Yonisia, you need another extra person or 2 with more prepping or with more rapping. Or I don't know, make sure you have people that can understand the process and prioritize the app drivers. Please and I'm gonna say it is to all the places and never reviews that I go to. And they have me way more than 5 or 10 minutes. Because you're costing me money cuz. When I sit there, I could be picking on someone else's order. And making money, and I'm sitting there, I aint making no money, bottom line fix the problem. Thank you. Well, I will continue to reject your orders.
