  Literally I bring my son to Taco Bell several times a week he loves the rice with the beans. He is a toddler , I've never had an issue before is the store or the drive-thru or in Hermitage , however I've never been to this store in the evening on the weekday ! I guess this crew has no people skill or knowledge of the menu. I ask very directly and plainly not once not twice not three times the fourth time I had to go on to the kiosk and order it correctly myself, can I have a side of black beans with rice ! Two burritos one black bean bowl of rice and then a finally rice and bean after I personally ordered it via kiosk and paid again, 30 minutes later while the rest of my food is cold waiting for my child to be able to eat! He took his first bite of his rice because obviously we've been here 30 minutes he's hungry and literally burned the inside of his mouth and he had to spit it all out it was so hot I didn't know it was just hungry and grabbed at it so obviously that was not good either so after 30 minutes of trying to get just a side of beans and rice and for him most of it's been wasted because it was so hard for him to eat! I will personally recommend using the kiosk, and avoid contact obviously with the staff who does not obviously want to provide service anyways! Ridiculous!

  It is 8:48pm. You have an employee rather eat her food on the line instead of serving their customers Then I asked for my food then she grabbed another Customer’s food aggressively intended out the drive-through no good business

  Malcom was awesome in the drive thru. He was kind and engaged us. America needs more people like him as the face of the company. Will return to this location for sure.
