- TWThomas WertelOct 5, 20251.0On Oct 1 2025 we went to Taco Bell at 11 pm. I ordered 12 hard shell beef tacos. I asked for extra meat I was told it would be $11 more for a total of $33. When I got to the drive thru window the attendant said they are short of meat and would it be okay if half were chicken. I agreed. When I opened the order at home 1 taco had a small portion of chicken and 1 taco had a small portion of beef. The other 10 tacos just had lettuce and no meat at all. Not going to this place again.

- JJJustinSep 14, 20252.0Multiple poor experiences lately. When boxes are ordered in the drive through, all the food items were just mixed together in a bag, very difficult to sort through. Also, today had to wait until the drive through line for a bet long time, including an extended period at the speaker without an order taker. Gave up on it.
