  I know Taco Bell is not supposed to be a fancy place to get food, but I feel like they should execute their items properly. If I could’ve given the food zero stars I would have. I ordered a crispy chicken Cantina taco, but there was hardly any cheese on the outside of the taco like they’re supposed to be, and it was completely cold. It’s supposed to be melted almost to the point of being burnt and crispy. The taco shell itself was broken into eight pieces and eating it was almost impossible. I was spilling it all over myself in my car and they didn’t even give me any napkins! Edit: I would like to add that 30 minutes after eating there I had sudden stomach cramps and had to race to the bathroom in Walmart (thank god I was in their parking lot, otherwise I would have NEVER made it anywhere if I was driving in the car!!!!) It was that sudden. Then an hour later after I got home, it happened again! I’m never eating at this location again. I almost feel like I was food poisoned because I don’t even feel right today and I’m still having stomach issues.

  I don't like leaving bad reveiws. I have years of experience working in food service. Mistakes happen. But the same issue has happened twice. I've ordered on doordash and both times, they added the items i removed and removed all the other items. I understand mistakes happen, but for the same one to happen twice shows a bigger issue. I order off the veggie menu and remove all dairy products because I am both vegan and severely lactose intolerant. I have now accidentally eaten dairy twice and gotten sick. When they first opened, I went in person and they were on point. Idk what happened.

  This location used to be excellent when it was still new - loads of cheese and toppings in your order without even asking for it. Staff was friendly, the manager used to actually ask for feedback after you were done eating. BUT NOW, some (not all) staff here is super arrogant, rude, unskilled and don't even follow basic order requests. 1. Unfriendly, rude, poor communication skills. 2. You order extra cheese and "make it grilled" - cheese is next to nothing and they didn't even grill your burrito, have fun. 3. Lobby closes at 8pm which is fine, but this location also disables the "grab-n-go" option. You then have to choose the "drive-through" option and walk upto the booth to ask for your order to be handed there instead. Since when is drive through = mobile pickup? 4. Manager asked if the food was okay once, we told him it was not. He then responds by saying it'll be better next time, which never happened - it only went downhill from there. TLDR; avoid this location - rude staff, they'll destroy your favorite craving by messing up with your order or not cooking it properly.
