AVOID THIS TACO BELL AT ALL COSTS. I work in customer service, and honestly I never expect much when going through any fast food drive through, but at the very least, I should expect the employees to at the very least do the bare minimum they are there to be paid to do. (Greet the customer promptly, take order, serve order promptly), and by all means I know when places are busy things take a little bit longer, but this place, but this place was dead, I was the only car in drive through, they just didn't bother. I pull up to drive through kiosk around 7pm, the automated welcome message plays asking if I will be using the mobile app, I reply not today, and then silence, couple minutes go by, still silence, no greeting, no we will be right with you, nothing. I say, "hello, I am ready to order when you are!", still nothing. After a couple more minutes and a couple more hellos, I decided they clearly didn't want my business, and would rather have another bad review. After I pulled away I pulled up to pick up window and knocked, at which point I could see the employees sitting around leaning on counters and chit chatting, not a care in the world. Just ignoring customers. Mind you they didn't even look my direction when I knocked on the window. Fine establishment we have here, brand new restaurant, already being run into the ground by quality staff. Its so true, good help is hard to find! Even bad help tries to do the job, these employees are clearly just no help. I wish I had taken pictures of the circle jerk to attach to this review
