    I wouldn't give even 1 star if it would let me post without it! We stood at the counter waiting for over 10 minutes and the employees kept looking at us but never came to wait on us. There was 1 person in the dining area and 2 cars in the drive thru so they weren't busy, just RUDE. Apparently they don't need our money so we will not be back!

    Went through the drive-thru, but the wait was a bit much. I know it was upwards of 20 mins. They seemed to be short staffed. Also the parking lot and drive-thru was not very well thought out. People couldn't get out of the parking scape because of how the drive-thru lane is. They really need to rethink the layout. It was very hectic.

    I ordered one potato bowl online and came 20 minutes later and I still had to wait another 10 just for my bowl when four other people were in the lobby and they barely had any people.

    I had a very unpleasant experience at the Taco Bell on Hwy 72 Rolla, Mo. They ran my card for payment but noticed right away that I gave them the wrong card, but I ended up paying cash. I was assured that the card charge would not go through, but unfortunately, it did. When I called the first time, the person spoke with was kind and told me they would look into it and get back to me. Days went by no update. When I called again, the girl who answered was extremely rude. She told me they don't handle these issues over the phone and then said she was going to hang up on me instead of leading to who I need to contact. This has been very frustrating and disappointing--not only because of the double charge, but also the lack of professionalism and customer service.
