When ordering, we had to keep ordering because the woman wasn’t listening fully. We made a comment that it sounded like she even caring to make sure things were right. But she repeated everything back to us correctly, so we assumed it would be right. The receipt was right and the bag was full. Just left here about 15mins ago. Got home to eat and we find that we don’t have the chips and cheese and cinnamon twist we ordered and paid for. The Doritos loco taco came soggy and stale, we asked for two steak street chalupas with no onions. Lots of onions were on it. We asked for one beefy 5 layer with no beans and one with beans. Both came without beans. This was our second time in 2 weeks giving this location a try and will not be coming back. Absolutely terrible experience for our family. And an absolute waste of money. You can’t even get what you paid you for.

The food was great. After I got something that I didn't need a fork or spoon for. They had NO utensils in the whole store. No forethought to tell me that when I ordered something you need a fork or spoon for. The manager was very apologetic. I asked for something that I could eat without utensils for free (tacos). He abliged. But really. There is a Walmart right down the street. Keep your customers happy. Go buy some.

Burritos are so good but let's add a little more cheese. You got competitors that put more cheese and sell burritos for less.

I’ve eaten from Taco Bell two times in the past week. When I visited this location, it was the third. The service here was fairly quick considering there were three cars ahead of us. The line moved very quickly. The cashier was friendly and courteous. We are lacto-ovo vegetarians, so Taco Bell is always a go to for us. My daughter had cheesy bean and rice burritos and cheesy fiesta potatoes. We always add sour cream to our burritos for extra flavor. This location pleasantly and unexpectedly served the tortillas slightly toasted, which added a slightly crunchy exterior - the burritos were delicious! We’ve noticed, however, the size of the tortillas are noticeably smaller than they used to be. It could simply be the impact of “shadow inflation “ that we see in so many things we buy these days [so I can’t ding Taco Bell for that]. The food was very fresh and hot, and it was prepared EXACTLY as ordered. We received napkins and the sauces we requested. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this location - first impressions are EVERYTHING!! :) NOTE: For other vegetarians, according to Taco Bell regarding their “V” menu items: American Vegetarian Association certified Vegetarian food items, are lacto-ovo, allowing consumption of dairy and eggs but not animal byproducts. We may use the same frying oil to prepare menu items that could contain meat. Vegetarian and meat ingredients are handled in common, and cross contact may occur, which may not be acceptable to certain types of vegetarian diets. Neither Taco Bell®, our employees, nor our franchisees, nor the AVA assume any responsibility for such cross contact. This location was a little tricky to get from the exit the GPS recommended. [We were traveling West on 44, and the GPS recommended the exit before the Six Flags exit]. If you want to get to this location, I would HIGHLY recommend accessing the restaurant from the Six Flags exit. It’s much easier and quicker to get to from this exit.
