  Instead of making a customer feel awkward when my card doesn’t work. Realize that it was your card reader. That was uncomfortable. You shut the door on me thinking I was lying. My card worked next door. It was your system. Have some empathy.

  They always mess up my order. They never get it right. Make me waste my money because of it and if I ask for a specialty drink they never make it then act like it's a problem because I'm asking for my drink.

  I had a horrible experience when I already had to get folks to order in my party. I came through the drive through asked questions bc the menu was different then ordered only to get the window and have no interaction bc the girl was on the headset and she finger to lip hushed her coworkers so she could take orders and in the meantime no specifics were asked at the pick up window. I look in the bag bc the hospitality was poor and my chalupas are incorrectly made (I ordered steak they gave chicken) and no chips and cheese either or Crunchwrap. So I go inside I wait…..four minutes….mind you I came through the drive through. I come in ask to get my order corrected….i watched the employees make and ship four orders before I asked for a refund and left the store. Worst shift I have ever delt with. Taco Bell needs to hire better.

  i purchased 2 dragonfruit drinks ,and did not get them nor was told they didn’t have . It took me walking to the counter and having to ask for my drinks then had to settle for a medium soda! The food was cold and bad! This was by far my worst experience at taco bell
