  Placed my order online at 1:12am. Restaurant has hours of operation listed until 2am. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order at 1:20am and was told they're closed and never made the order. Now I'm having issues getting a refund because according to the taco bell app the restaurant was open but employees do whatever they feel like doing. So restaurant is collecting money when orders aren't being made and employees sitting collecting a paycheck for doing nothing

  On 09/13 at 12:45 PM, it was embarrassing to wait for someone to help us and take our order as 3 employees were engaged in a very heated and loud conversation relative to their handling of a situation. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our "eat in" order. The staff was not friendly and were very agitated. Unprofessional, rude, and felt like we were not a welcomed customer. It was a hassle to have someone open the restroom without attitude. Very sad experience.

  Drive thru needs maintenance/repair. Landscaping is the best I've seen of local TBs. Service was fast and friendly.
