  Picked up chalupa and a burrito at 3am. Got home and chalupa was hard as a rock and burrito was dry. Made me sick!

  Very busy + very slow. If you’re not to far away I would drive to Nokesville road Taco Bell, they seem to be much more efficient and effective.

  Horrible service. Might as well close doors and have it be drive thru only. No reason a walk in customer has to wait 30 minutes for their order. Still waiting, by the way.

  My husband ordered a Taco Party Pack, the employee didn't know what it was, he went to the window at the drive thru and they took his order, but they delivered it to him inside, when he got home they gave us 6 vegetable tacos and 6 regular ones, he ordered the 12 regular tacos, obviously he didn't come back due to the time and distance.

  Not sure what happens at this location. This is the third time in a row that someone forgets my cheesy gordita crunch! The first time I spoke with someone named Joylanda (something like that). That’s about $35 I have wasted on something I have not received. I just don’t understand! Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location again. Very frustrating!
