  whoever was working tonight 10/6 at around 10:45 pm gave the best customer service. my food was also the best i have had in a long time.

  Asking them to make my quesadilla extra hot and it was still cold when I got it , it already happened more than twice in so disappointed

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Food was cold staff was rude. I asked for a refund because the food was cold and the lady at the drive thru freaked out on me. I juat want a refund have the full order and honestly owed an apology. Not sure why a grown adult is going to yell at someone.

  They don’t know how to input a simple order (.) ordered a grilled cheese burrito with a side of nacho cheese and what did I get ? Not my order. This Taco Bell is the worst one in this location.

  Which one of you employees ate half of my caramel apple empanada? I was there on Tuesday 9/9 @5:30pm and this is what I received. It looks like someone took a scoop out and ate all the filling inside. I was NOT happy! All I received was this crust. Very disappointed this was even put in my bag
