One girl is even on FaceTime while’s she’s taking orders. There’s several people that have been waiting for their food for 20 minutes or more. I’ve been waiting for a mobile order for over 25 minutes. Worst experience I ever had hands down. Will NOT be back.
- JJJohnSep 28, 20252.0Food was good. I stood at the counter for a while before someone from the kitchen told me that I had to order on the touch screen if I wanted something. I've got dyslexia and sometimes can't read clearly what is on a screen, and have to use talk-to-type on electronic devices. I wish someone would have just taken my order so I could have told them what I wanted to eat. It took me almost 5 minutes to type in my order on that tablet. It was embarrassing to say the least. The lady was kind that gave me my food, but she never asked if I needed help ordering. I consider that a problem these days. I won't be coming back by myself again until they change there ways of helping customers.. Also, I had to use the restroom is the reason why I didn't go through the drive-thru. It made no sense to go back to my car and then drive around when I was already inside the dining area.
