WORST customer service I’ve experienced.
I placed an order that the app, for whatever reason, assigned to a location across town that I’ve never even been to. When I showed the cashier (Malin R) my order in the app, she told me there was no way to cancel it. I asked for a manager, but was told none was available, and that was the extent of the help I was given.
Because they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) show me how to cancel the order/charge, I had no choice but to place and pay for the order a second time just to get my food. It hadn’t even been started at the other location.
Meanwhile, while I waited, the cashier kept talking with someone in the office (who I assume was an owner or shift manager), glancing back at me, but never actually resolving the issue. I stayed polite the entire time. She wasn’t openly rude, but she clearly didn’t care. None of the three I saw seemed to care. Btw, I told them I spoke Spanish if that helped.
In the end, I was charged twice and never given any credit or resolution. Absolutely ridiculous.
