  The food here is never fresh, you go thru the line twice and get nacho fries. First time their hard as a rock. Second time still hard as a rock quesadilla is not even cut like they’re supposed to be. DO BETTER

  Let me first state that I like the food here. But I do not recommend going here after the lobby has closed at 10pm. They get incredibly busy and service is incredibly slow. I am sure there may be a valid and acceptable reason for this, but that does not change the experience. And specifically they need to come up with a solution for couriers, as we will clog the lines waiting for customer orders, assuming we choose to wait in the line that wraps around the building for 20 to 30 minutes. And I checked this time against the first message I sent to the customer.

  Worst Taco Bell in existence. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and have still yet to order, but the way their parking lot is, YOU CANT GET OUT! Truly unbelievable how 2 cars have moved forward In the drive thru line in 35 minutes.

  First they messed up my order and I thought no big deal so they changed it but then they messed up again then I got mad they included weird ahh chips and spicy peppers and no guac and no tomatoes the peppers are bad cause a family member is deathly allergic to peppers I now know why there nobody sitting here but the other tacobell I went to was perfection no mess ups and amazing service I gave them 5 stars. Ps I'm still angry.

  Absolutely love this location and the manager Amy makes me love it even more! This location is always clean and she always makes sure all orders are made correctly for my husband and I have complicated orders! She is very kind and patient with her employees as well! Amy you the best girl!
