- RDRich DaviesOct 19, 20251.0Laughably pathetic. Nobody expects a Michelin-chef inspired meal at Taco Bell but a recent dine-in experience was somewhere between underwhelming and absolutely abysmal. Service was non-existent, the clowns working behind the counter had no idea what they were doing. The 10 or so people in the restaurant waiting for their food completely overwhelmed the 5 workers (that I could count), most waiting 10-20 min for their food. They must have hired people off the street who could care less about the customers or give any semblance of service. For me, 10 minutes to get food but of three items ordered (at a kiosk, bc you know, no person in sight), only two were in the bag. Can’t even count to three to make sure order is correct. Third item came 10+ later after I complained. Just terrible, sorry. Won’t be back here ever.
