    I use to love taco bell before visiting this location but I have not eaten taco bell since. I should've turned around when I saw how rude the guy at the front was when I initially spoke to him but I ordered ahead on the app so I proceeded to get my food & within 30mins of eating just the fries & a slushie drink, I got the worst case of food poisoning in my life. I submitted a complaint through the app & they refunded my money but this place needs to be closed down.

    Wednesday 8th 00:25 I went there to pick up an order, and the man at the counter was very rude. He refused to secure my drinks or give me anything to drink them with. I didn’t like the way he treated me at all — very unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely disappointed with the service.

    I want to make a complaint against your employees at the store location on 8625 4th Ave Brooklyn NY. I walked in to grab a simple soft taco supreme with my husband and he tried to order from the app, there was an issue and the order would not go through. So then he tried to go to the kiosk and place our order and then the kiosk took our money, did not give a receipt and the order “did not go through” according to the woman employee at the cashier. So my husband went to the cashier and explained to her the issue and she stated that he’d have to wait 24 to for his money to return. At this point it wasn’t even about the money anymore. We have proof that the stores kiosk took the money from our account and all we wanted was the food we ordered. Instead of giving us the food that was ordered to just be nice and compensate for the trouble, we were denied the food. Secondly, someone came from the back and to see what was happening and the workers all started talking in Spanish to each other while my husband and I were standing there. I’m half Mexican, I speak Spanish, I told them why are they speaking in Spanish when they can speak in English so my husband can understand what is being said as well. The woman cashier then stated “oh since you speak Spanish you can understand” …. I told her “yes I do but my husband doesn’t, so you whatever it is you are saying you can say it in English for his understanding”. Despite trying to resolve the issue in our favor the employees tried to explain that the company’s loss of food is of greater value than the customers (our) loss of money due to an error within the kiosk. Then another employee had the audacity to tell me “imagine if I was them behind the counter and what I would do”… I worked at Taco Bell as a teenager, I worked in customer service for over 14 years and any time these mishaps take place I ALWAYS gave the customer what they ordered and NEVER once have I ever told a customer that I couldn’t help them and they would have to wait 24 hrs to get their money and they can’t get the food order that was placed even though the money was taken from their card already. …. My husband eventually called the cops and when that was done, only then did they decide to give us two tacos and the drinks that was ordered……. We get the food and leave. I inspect the taco because I didn’t trust that it was made properly. I open the taco and right underneath the lettuce and in between the meat there is SPIT!!!!! Now I show my husband and I say look at that bubble…. That’s a spit bubble. That’s not oil from the food, it’s not grease. It was a spit bubble. I have enough kids to know when food is covered in spit. So not only did they give us a hard time but the person on the grill went and spit in the soft taco. So now I have no food to eat and lost $16 due to the kiosk for food that was inedible. The staff that was working today needs to be fired immediately. They have no sense of customer service skills and lack critical thinking. Never have I ever entered any establishment and have been treated this way. I’m ashamed to be associated with people of the same ethnicity as myself that lacks basic comprehension and customer service. Oh, also they knew the kiosk had issues.. So if that is a known problem, why is the kiosk still in service. Why risk someone using that machine to place an order if it can possibly steal their money, not produce a receipt, and never sends the order to the register and system? 🤦🏽‍♀️😡🤷🏽‍♀️ Horrible

    Der Taco Bell in Bay Ridge ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt an der Hauptstrasse und daher leicht erreichbar. Leider war der Kaffee enttäuschend und die Wartezeit deutlich zu lang. Obwohl rund fünf Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren, schien das Personal mehr mit Reden als mit Arbeiten beschäftigt zu sein. Insgesamt solide, aber mit klaren Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
