  So I ordered from my app and it said my order was gonna be ready by 615 but I didn’t get it till 645 half an hr which is ridiculous especially for fast food shouldn’t take anymore than like 10 min tops that was the point of ordering it ahead of time so it would be ready by the time I got there they got the order right as well they should with how long it took but lines were long both inside and drive thru idk who’s running this place but they got to do something different they should really rectify this by giving me a gift certificate or something for my time wasted this isn’t on me!!

  This is the best taco bell location. I always go out of my way for this one. The people are always super nice and my food is always perfect

  I had multiple missing items from my order and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to get those items back to me which was very frustrating. The items that were missing were the most expensive so of course I was going to wait for them to make it and not leave without them. It’s disappointing knowing this has already happened to me multiple times from this location. This is my last time going here.

  Done with this location. Horribly run. Screwed up my order EVERY time since they've re-opened. And always a long wait. Yesterday was it though. Ordered ahead on the app. Got a message on my way there that it was ready. Went inside, gave my name, nothing. Kid never came back. Gave it to 2 other employees over the next 20 minutes as they ran around trying to figure it out only to find out my bag was the one sitting on their counter the whole time. So I waited 20 minutes for nothing, while my family's food sat there getting cold and soggy. 40 bucks worth of cold soggy taco bell. And when I complained, the manager stuck 2 coupons for a free taco in my bag. You serious? I'll still go to other locations but this one needs a staff overhaul.
