  I went to this taco bell alongside my niece. When we entered the building, we were greeted by stares of disapproval. We ordered our food at the kiosk and waited and hour and a half for our food. There was nobody else there. When we finally received our order, there were a few things worth noting. A.) We didn't receive one of the crunchwraps we ordered and B.) There was a phone number in my nieces bag. She is 13. I sincerely hope taco bell takes the steps needed to alleviate this issue. I love a good gordita, but I'll be going to the north location from here on out.

  Food is always fresh hot and fast. I had a large order tonight and there was 2 missing items but the team was very respectful and fast at correcting the mistake.

  Waited 10-15 minutes in line. Lady at the window had an attitude once i started saying my order. I get its a stressful night with 10+ cars in the drive through but cmon. I also asked for no sour cream on my food since I’m allergic, and they put sour cream all over it. Horrible experience.

  i don’t recommend this location, i won’t be coming here again. they messed up my order in the drive thru and refused to make it right when i came back inside and asked them nicely if it could be fixed. instead of just fixing the issue she proceeded to put the blame on me and she said i never corrected him when he asked me if the order looked correct on the screen. except the guy never asked me to confirm anything he just told me to pull forward. so i ended up just leaving with the wrong order because they didn’t even try to make it right. instead she just wanted to blame me and accuse me when she wasn’t even the one who took my order in the drive thru in the first place. how unprofessional.
