    Prices are much higher here than at other Taco Bell’s in the area. Also limited availability of some items carried by other stores in the area.

    Everytime I order something from them my order is wrong, it dose not matter how many items I order or how well I specify what I want or don't want its not gonna be right.

    Im not sure how the service at this store is during the day time, but I would avoid going here late at night. Last night I had 2 mobile orders to pickup. With 3 cars ahead of me, It took over 30 minutes to get up to the window to pick up the first order and sat there while the young lady had her back to the window for about 10 minutes while she played on her phone. When she decided to do her job and acknowledge that i was there, i gave her tge name and she couldn't findthe order until she looked up at tge front counter. The order I was picking up, had been sitting on the lobby pickup shelf for a good 25 minutes. 20 minutes later when I return for another order, it took 10 minutes to get up to the speaker box and no one answered. I pulled forward and there was 2 cars ahead of me. It took over 40 minutes to get up to the window, when I did the young lady inside just handed me a order with out checking. When I told her it was not my order she grabbed it back and asked who i was picking up for. She then handed me the right order which I could not fell any heat coming from the bag. So I delivered ice cold food to the customer. I will note that the young lady made a big food safe violation because she took food back after passing it out to give to someone else. I've made multiple attempts to contact the manager or the GM and no one answers the phone. This location needs to be re-staffed with employees that care about what they are getting paid to do. My next step will be to contact Raco Bell Corporate.

    If i could put a 0 I would we have been in line for over an hour for a mobile order.As we are watching our food be made after we pulled up the one employee we can see is more interested in conversation and joking than moving the line along.It is now 2:32 am we are stuck in this line because we have already paid for food and they refuse service to anyone who does not put in a mobile order. It is now September 1st 2026 at 2:36 am IF YOU ARE THE EMPLOYER PLEASE ADDRESS THIS!!!! If there was someone here that cared about service I would I never leave a review but after I place an order at 1:20 am and it is now almost 3 am I think it's more than warranted.
