I asked for a double Decker supreme and paid for a Double Decker Supreme $3.99, instead of $2.99. After the standard 20 questions (which is ridiculous). I received a regular double Decker.
How about stop asking me 20 questions, do I want chicken steak or beef, do I want extra sour cream (didn't get the sour cream I ordered), do I want it spicy with jalapeños.
I DIDN'T GET WHAT I ORDERED!
I want what I ordered a Double Decker Supreme AND THAT'S IT. WHAT I ASK FOR IS WHAT I WANT AND NOT 20 QUESTIONS ABOUT STUFF I DON'T WANT. AND AT LEAST AFTER THE 20 QUESTIONS GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR.
YOU OWE ME A DOLLAR!
The indoor facility was not as clean as what is expected at minimum (floors, table tops, seats, restrooms) at any dining room. Food quality was exceptible but nothing special, food was cold from touch to first and last bite. Drinks met expectations other than there was no option of having water. Overall disappointment.
Food was great customer service was great, unfortunately I couldn't find a clean table to sit at so I had to sit at the cleanest one I could find. Other than that and the nacho chips I ordered with my deluxe box were pretty much all the leftovers at the bottom or something because they were all really small and broken up. The food was made great though so I have no complaints really.

There was an older gentleman working at the drive-through window and he was very thoughtful the entire time (which is unusual for fast food) and genuinely makes my interactions better at Taco Bell and I get excited to see him whenever he’s there. I haven’t even tried my food yet, but just based off the experience, five out of five stars.
this taco bell is elite 💛 thank you for making my day so much better
