  A few months ago everything changed. Walking in and getting an order was simple, quick - even when it was busy things moved fast, as fast as you entered, you were out with your order living más. The time the order said it was ready on the app, it would be done at that time or even before. The order was right 99.9% of the time. Now? A disaster, a stab in the back, my heart aches. Time? Doesn’t exist anymore and you can end up waiting almost an hour for an order, 20-30 if it’s not too busy. You walk in and no one is being helped, the workers look like they’re being held hostage and seeing how slow things are moving, you’d think the order was made correctly, dead wrong. The orders are messed up more than 50% of the time. You wait 15+ minutes to even get acknowledged. Dreadful. But I guess that’s life.

  Food is mediocre, staff are INCREDIBLY slow and rude. It should not take 45 minutes with 5 people in line for orders to make a quesadilla. Old dude who’s there late at night has a chip on his shoulder 24/7, treats customers like trash. Crazy cause this place charges 50% more than any other Taco Bell in this city.

  Looks can always be deceiving the place is nice but don’t let that fool you the night shift employees are trash i ordered my food on the kiosk so im literally waiting 20 minutes for my food I finally get it and im missing two more extra tacos but mind u i asked her before I even left the counter are the extra tacos in there she said yeah and before I could get the crew member’s or managers attention she walked back in the kitchen to lollygag with her co workers but finally I got someone’s attention and told them about the tacos the manager comes back gives me the tacos ok cool BUT WAIT THERES MORE …SO I GET HOME and bring the food back to my girl and she tells me the food smells sour so we ended up throwing all I food away I don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone u better off just making ur own taco tbh !

  This was the worst experience ever! I'm a doordasher who was waiting in a long line last night about 1230 am for 30 minutes. While waiting I received another order from doordash for pick up. I get to the window finally, and the guy manager over night tells me I can only get one order and that i would have to go back in line to pick up my other order because of a bogus! New policy!Mind you the line was wrapped around the building! I told him I was not moving until I got my two orders that I had for my doordash job. This dumb manager then calls the cops, lies to the cop saying I threaten to shoot him. What a coward. Dude was smiling as he lied to the cops and I sat and waited. I finally left but it say this. The manager guy was real disrespectful! As total loser and I hope I dont ever see him outside of that taco bell uniform! He needs to be fired! And I am calling corperate!

  I waited for about 20 mins before even being acknowledged, however it was busy at the time so I was patient. The manager asked me for my order and then walked off, 30 mins later he came back and asked what i’m waiting on which I replied my order name again . Then he told me I have to wait again, which I did for about 15-20 more minutes. When food finally arrived it was cold, I ordered sauces that he did not pack in my order at all. I asked him for the sauces which he gave me 3 for a box. I asked for more and his response was “you could order 100 sauces it doesn’t mean you’ll get it.” I understand frustration but it was just unprofessional and unprovoked.
