  I assume the manager very rude to customers was just sitting at a table cussing at employees outside. Trash. Counter staff and cooks tho were super friendly fast and efficient

  Every time I been there lately, they seem to have employee issues. Very slow. Management and employees could use customer service training.

  Just came in around 11:25PM on Sep 6th and had a HORRIBLE experience that literally ruined my appetite. I did not trust to eat the food i was given due to the immense rudeness coming from the manager on duty called Kenny or something like that. I pulled around and said i have 3 online orders already placed and would like to place one now and was instantly met with a frustrated and angry response of “you gonna have to pull around if you wanna do all that.” I said I did not understand and she rudely interrupted and said “Well Understand you gone have to pull around while we make the food we dont make it when you place it we make it when you come, unless you want it cold.” I didn’t ask the process or intricacies of placing an order to when it’s made and to be told in such a rude condescending manner is incomprehensibly unprofessional.
