  Waited over 15 minutes on our food. Then when asking if our order was gonna be ready soon the lady rudely said we our backed up right now and have to take care of Drive-thru first. So when our food finally came out our food was gross and cold. Don’t recommend eating at this Taco Bell. Either go to another one or make some tacos yourself because I can promise you it would be better than that place!!

  The person at the window was very nice I had a bit of a wait for my order so I had to pull around but they got it out to me in 10 minutes so I wasn't mad the workers are nice and have decent food

  Placed an order on a Tuesday evening around 1030 ish pm. Looked in bag looked as if all items was in bag. Drive home. Start unloading bag 50 percent of tacos had less than a teaspoon of meat on it. Lettuce and cheese maybe 4 or 5 slivers. No tomatoes no sour cream. Tacos were thin as a piece of cardboard. Called there the gentleman who answered talked with pure gibberish I asked for a manager . Dramatic pause. I said are you the manager. Silence then said whats this about atleast thats what I could barely understand what he said. Told him what my problem was. Guess he wanted to know what the issue was before he admitted he was management which by the way he spoke im sure he wasn't. No sense at all of sudden. He said you just gotta come back. We will remake it. My thing is get it right the first time. This taco bell is the worst I should of known better.

  I got a burrito supreme here and I’m worried I may have been poisoned. The staff were nice, but halfway through eating the burrito I tasted a harsh soapy chemical taste, like someone had sprayed it with cleaning fluid or something. I spat it out and trashed the rest, but it left an awful residue in my mouth I had to rinse several times to get out. I had a Cinnabon coffee from here too, which was terrible and I poured it out in the parking lot. The coffee tasted very old and bitter. Of the two, the chemical burrito was definitely the greater concern. It’s been about an hour and I’m still alive to complain, so crossing my fingers. Definitely going to avoid this place in the future.

  I made a order within 10 mins my order was messed up twice, they didnt ask if I wanted chicken or beef even after I was trying to tell them I was being rushed as If I was a inconvenience to them. I stated my order the first time and got the wrong order and due to them ringing it in wrong I had to pay again for a new order and it was still wrong. Customer service was just poor all the way around, will not return
