  They need to fire everyone including the manager and start over. Heaven forbid you wa na dine in. Guess only drive thru and door dash matter. Poor business model.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Taco Bell on McGee in Kansas City is hands down the best one in the city. Every single time I go, the food is hot, fresh, and made perfectly. The crew, Jennifer, Adrian, and Rene, deserve all the recognition in the world. They are polite, professional, and genuinely care about making sure every customer leaves happy. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The service is fast, the food is always on point, and the vibe is positive every single time. It is a 10 out of 10 experience. No long waits, no mistakes, just great people who go above and beyond. Even the Baja Blast HITS every single time, and that’s how you know this location is built different!!! Kansas City, this one right here is the real deal.

  This place is a joke. Been sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes. Go up and ask them for my order and the guy running it says he is going to keep making drive through food, he's not worried about lobby. So I sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for a refund. I left and looked at my account and they gave me a refund for the wrong amount. Very unprofessional and I'm unsure of how he got his position. Will go back tomorrow and see if they can get it right this time.

  On Tuesday, 9-9-25 we got 3 7 layer burritos. The only 2 people in my house that ate the 7 layer burritos got food poisoning with violent vomiting and diarrhea from eating here. We are still recovering from it. Not worth the health risks to eat here in the future.

  They don’t want to talk to you as they may have to help you. No customer service at all No toilet paper in the women’s bathroom. 2 of the 3 tacos I had where broke and non of them where full of food! Way over priced to NOT have a full taco! Won’t be back, hope they close up
