  We did not order the steak for the burrito, nor the dessert item. We did not get those items. Also taco shells were stale. Look at the tacos we got, see pics. Steak was so old, it had to be sitting on grill for sometime. These were steak supreme tacos. Awful. Lost my business forever. If I’m going to Pay that kind of money for tacos I’ll go to a place that has fresh abundant food. I worked in Food and beverage as a manager for 20 years I would never ever have served anyone that kind of food and you can’t send it back because you don’t know what you’re going to get in place of those terrible items,.

  They are super rude. They forgot my drink, food was cold , and messed up the order. When I went back to let them know they rudely dismissed me as if they couldn’t do anything like they weren’t the ones who messed my order up even after showing them proof of everything. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one . Also, I asked for it to be fresh and they even pulled me up for about 10 minutes . Just for my food to be cold and for them not to have all my items but had an attitude with me …. 0/10!!!!!!

  Well, we ordered and then stood there and waited 30 minutes for our food. When we finally asked, they said, "oh we forgot" and just shrugged their shoulders. Terrible lack of concern. No service and cold food. Wasted 45 minutes of our day.

  Food was cold. I ate it because I was hungry. Plus didn't even call my name when my food was done. I just found it on the counter.
