This Taco Bell used to be fast what happened ?
Every weekend I pass by to buy food at this location, have me waiting for 8 minutes and on top of that the little girl asked you to waited 5 minutes more, we have To do better managers please
Person at drive-thru window said absolutely nothing to me as he handed me my food.

Servicio de Uber pésimo hacen esperar a la persona que piden por la aplicación de Uber y priorizan a los que llegan aquí no Les recomiendo nunca que pidan comida por Uber se le puede demorar una hora y más en llegar de la comida no sé cuál es la política de esta empresa Pero yo pago mi pedido como cualquier otra persona y pago por el servicio no sé por qué me tiene que llegar mi comida en una hora y los pobres repartidores tienen que sufrir las consecuencias
BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. In all my life, I have never experienced such a dumpster fire situation while sitting in the drive-thru for over an hour. Just left a major concert and it was approximately 11:30 PM. As soon as I got to the speaker box which took about 20 minutes to get there in long line, I was prompted immediately and instructed that it would be 10 more minutes until our order could be taken. Once 15 minutes passed, Order was taken. When I got to the drive-thru window and paid. There were about a dozen walk up orders customers at the same drive-thru-window, which explained the holdup. Yes, you heard it right, They were servicing walk ups customers for app orders at the same time at the same window as the drive-through. I was asked to back up to make room for the long line at the window. Almost 40 minutes later I received my food which was hot and correct, but experience was like being at a Third World country. It felt like you were gonna get car jacked, to be honest. Lots of crowds of customers surrounding drive in cars in the drive-thru, all being walk up orders. All said and done, here’s a free tip…. Maybe handle drive-thru orders for drive-thru and not have walk up app orders at the same window because waiting over an hour for a few tacos is absurd. If this was my first experience at a Taco Bell, I would never ever ever return. Beware, you’ll have a similar experience, as I should of listened to the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake!
Literally sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes just to get to the speaker box. The employee said “please wait 15 minutes”. Sat at the order speaker for about 10 minutes and then the employee took my order. When I drove around to the window to pay, I could not get up to the window because people were standing in the drive-through window in the driveway!!! it took another 10 minutes for the people to clear the way so I could even pay for my food. Finally pay, and then the employee told me to back up in the drive-through and waited another 45 minutes for my food. During this time, I watched dozens and dozens of people standing in the driveway of the drive-through going up to the window for walk order or something . I don’t know if they were pissed off customers with wrong orders or people doing food delivery service but pedestrians do not belong in the driveway surrounding your car. It felt very unsafe and there were a few sketchy characters hanging around . I know corporate would not approve this nonsense with what’s going on with the time the waits or people surrounding your car as you’re trying to get a drive-through order. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this utter nonsense!!! Stay Away!!!
