  Terrible food always missing something Ordered a veggie power bowl and the rice was hard. Also barely had any lettuce or cabbage in it.

  This place should be disgraced to be considered a Taco bell or even a food restaurants. This restaurants service is unbearable with distracted workers, workers producing terrible product, food tasting terrible and last but definitely not least a 50 minute wait with a 30 minute long drive through lines. Uncap-able managers, lazy owners, and bad workers shape this restaurant and ruin its name please close this establishment immediately. Even other customers were complaining about long waits and missing food. Do better or close this is embarrassing.

  "FAST" food with a hour wait time. Employees will literally ignore you. If you ordered food, guess what? It's not even started yet.

  Can not order inside. They force you to order online or use drive thru 😞 then after going through the drive-thru find out I have no carbonation on a very hot day so no soda okay. No big deal. Just get ice water . After receiving the order, the order was wrong so I had to take the order inside. When you go inside they make it a point of not looking at you and completely ignoring you. So you have to stand there and wait until someone decides to pay attention to you . Then everybody was confused on how to make the order correct. One of the girls actually had to go outside to ask a worker who was pressure washing. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to this one again.

  How do you miss an entire party pack in someone's order? And nobody answers the phone for 20+ minutes. I don't live close enough to "come back" and get my food or a refund. The "manager" is useless and cant refund an order even though she acknowledged they didn't give me half of my $60 order. Having worked for them before I know this is a lie. They absolutely do have access to pull up orders from the same day and issue refunds or cancelations to stop the charges. Not to mention they were out of lettuce. What? Very obnoxious. Avoid this location like the plague
