...lol.. just make sure you ask for sauce, napkins, a straw....
This location has had its challenges, but we decided to give it another try and went through the drive-thru on 09/28/25. My friend ordered steak quesadillas with a modification, and they made them perfectly. They also made sure to include the nacho cheese sauces that other places always forget. Other locations regularly mess this stuff up, but this crew was on point. Asked us in person if we needed any other sauces, extra napkins, etc. Pleasant conversation during the very short wait. We were actually talking about the refreshing level of service and professionalism so many other locations lack as we drove away. Glad to see this one doing this well. I hope they're treated well by customers, and I hope management does the same and continues to cultivate this amazing crew.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos and one double-decker taco. On the burritos, I specifically paid extra for sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce. On the taco, I paid for sour cream. They charged me for it but never gave me any of it.
Instead, I got handed three plain tacos with no sauces—and when I pointed it out, the customer service was completely trash. No apology, no attempt to fix it. Just attitude.
This was hands-down one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Although they’re ALL out of Napkins and the Doors were locked at 8:30pm on a Friday. The Pizza was good.
