    I am disappointed with the service I received during a recent visit to Taco Bell. Upon placing our order, we were informed that the location was completely out of beef — a staple protein option for many of the items on their menu. Only steak and chicken were available. We requested to substitute steak for beef but asked to be charged the standard beef price, considering the unavailability was due to an inventory issue on their end. Unfortunately, the staff declined and insisted on charging us the higher steak price, despite the fact that we had no option to order beef in the first place. This policy feels unreasonable and unfair to the customer. When a core menu item is unavailable, it would be good customer service to accommodate substitutions without penalizing the customer financially. The experience left a poor impression and reflects a lack of flexibility and consideration. I hope Taco Bell reviews this policy and empowers their staff to handle such situations with better judgment in the future

    My experience started trying to enter the restaurant, only to find the doors locked despite them being open. I was meet by an associate who treated my wanting to eat at this establishment like the biggest inconvenience possible. The restaurant was dirty, with sanitation buckets sitting where food passes.

    ABSOLUTELY MY WORST EXPERIENCE. Every time I’ve come to this location in the past, it has always been a pleasant experience, until tonight. I went through the drive-thru and placed an order, but the ordering system got it wrong. (The robot at the speaker) When I got to the window, a young man told me my total was $13. I asked if that was correct for just two chicken soft tacos. He shut the window, however he wasn’t rude and then the cashier, Jaliya D., came to the window. Instead of listening, she immediately became defensive and rude. As I tried to explain that the system had my order wrong, she rolled her eyes, spoke with an attitude, and even slammed the window. That kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. Also my food was cold, had to warm it up at home. 😩 Thankfully, the manager was polite and quickly corrected the issue. However, because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. As a business owner myself, I would never tolerate or hire someone who treats customers this way.
