Went through the drive thru, at a very slow time, to order dinner for kids, and adults. The staff was very responsive, and kind during the entire order. They even double checked, and confirmed our order at the speaker, prior to reaching the window. Every member that spoke over the speaker was very kind.
Rolled to the window.
Paid.
We recieved our food...
I must ask, was someone having an off day, maybe the restaurant was understaffed? Whatever it was, absolute worst food i have ever had from that establishment, and multiple wrong order contents. Check your shift- thursday 08/21/2025 between 5pm and 8pm.
5 basic food staples of Taco Bell to make..... no substitutions, or weird orders, nothing that would create confusion.
Dear Taco Bell-
Do better, please. The ironicy- anyone who was working that Taco bell, had they been in our shoes, would have raised absolute hell, and probably ended up "social media famous" for honestly how bad it was. Do better, please? Take some pride in your job.
Future Patrons:
Double check your orders at the window.... like, even the damn lettuce. Rotten.
