  I’ve gone here for around 5-10 years. Always amazing service, clean, great food. The only item they’ve ever forgotten was the hot sauce packets which are free anyway. Last night I ordered door dash and realized one of my items had beef in it (I don’t eat beef). I called Taco Bell directly and asked if there’s any way they could change the beef to chicken and they did! Usually that costs extra so that was very nice of them.

  Got a pretty big order, i think they got sloppy at the end. My double stacker taco didn’t even have cheese in inbetween the tortillas.

  I ordered $40 worth door dash- called to ask if I can get ANY reconciliation since they didn’t include my most expensive item. NOPE! NOTHING!! Had to go back to get a refund, for LESS money, because THEY FORGOT the item. Called, no piss poor apology til I got there.

  I ordered 2 cheesy roll ups and a cheesy chili burrito. The pictures look much better. The cheesy roll ups could have been just to called roll ups because of the lack of any amount of cheese. Same goes for the cheesy chili roll up.. the picture looked so good..what a disappointment.. barely any filling.

  food was good but for some reason an employee was letting her child roll around on the front counter barefoot in front of atleast 7 customers and did not wipe the counter after. Disgusting
