Paying dang near a whole dollar for just a small side of extra sauce for it to barely cover the bottom of the container is just insulting :(

Reviewed this place several months ago. Terrible service, not enough employees. My update for October: Employees they do have are faster now but the service is still horrible. They actively ignore customers. You have to yell at them to get your drink (cup). They ignore delivery people completely. And customers are usually mad about the service. There is no management apparently. Recommendation: Go the extra 6 miles to the next closest Taco Bell if you really want Taco Bell food.

Super good service late night at this location. Workers are super chill and will up sell you on that double beef so watch out. Shoutout to y’all for holding it down late at night when I need some food and my house doesn’t have any.

Went in to order my long-missed Double Decker Supremes. This location only has kiosks now, which I actually prefer. Two groups had just finished ordering. Instead of moving aside, they stood blocking the area, complaining about having “to do the workers’ job.” I said excuse me. No response. I made a small wave for them to step aside. Suddenly I was the “rude one.” Another woman chimed in with, “she has children” (kids were about 10 🙄). As if that excused them holding up the line. Then they ganged up on me. In some bizarre Twilight Zone moment, the worker came out, instantly sided with them, and told me to leave — acting like I was about to cause damage. In my 50 years I’ve never caused property damage, let alone over tacos. I have a broken foot and arthritis from my toes to my nose, and somehow I was the threat. The irony? These are exactly the type of people who make life hell for service workers, while I was the one kicked out for just trying to order. We ended up going next door, got food right away, while the kiosk Karens were still waiting for their “fast food" from this slow location that caters to the drive through. And the next day? I got my Double Deckers in the hood, where people are sane and you can actually eat in peace.
