  Ordered a chalupa. Was told, 5-8 mins. Drove the 15 mini to pick it up. I am now into my 1st hour waiting for a single chalupa and no way to cancel the order. Horrible service, reverse is not a speed in the food industry.

  Every time I order inside it takes 10 minutes ro get my food. No line in the drive thru, maybe one other person inside besides myself. I'd understand if there was a shortage of workers, been there, but they move very slow and careless to get the food out. Its fast food lol. Its just crazy its every time I go in I wait a super long time. Im literally waiting for food and they are on their phones instead. This happens too often.

  One of the better Taco Bells I've been to. Fast and fresh. Workers were great and efficient.
