  May Day. May Day. May Day. AVOID AT ALL COST. Good wasn’t cooked. Store was disgusting. No soap in bathroom, not even a soap dispenser in sight. Staff was rude. Parking lot full of garbage. Do yourself a favor and try to find some food in the woods or something.

  So dirty, terrible food and service was awful too. They were on the phone, not paying attention to customers and orders. Zero ☆ if I would have the option.

  840pm on 09/25/2025, empty dining room. No customer and was told we would have to place our order on the kiosk. Three employees were sitting outside, on the pavement, smoking. Will not be back there at all.

  I normally would never feel the need to say something about a bad experience, as I know some days are just “off” days. However, the past 3 times we have visited this Taco Bell there has been issues. First, I have no idea how the health rating is a 94 at this location as every table is nasty (food and trash), trash cans are overflowing, and floors seem like they haven’t been swept or mopped in days. Second, the inventory here is horrible! Last time we came in we tried to order and were told they were out of ALL sauces, Baja Blast (regular and zero), and lots of other things so we ended up leaving. This visit they actually had food and sauces, but they were out of almost every drink and we had to request drinks from the machine behind the counter and even that was extremely limited. When we got our order, the tortillas seemed stale and rubbery, nothing seemed seasoned at all, and was very disappointing after craving it for two days. I almost wish they had told us they were out of everything so we could have gone elsewhere. I will say our order was up fairly quick and the staff were nice and apologetic about the drinks, but we will be avoiding this location in the future. I tried to send this review to corporate using the app (since I checked in there), to keep from posting it publicly, and even though I have the check in on the app I can not see an order number required to leave a review.

  This place is a health violation!!! Store was filthy! Food all over the floor and tables. Looked like nothing had been cleaned in some time. Only two tables in the entire restaurant that were cleaned off. Men's restroom smelled like urine (according to my husband) and he also relayed to me it was one of the dirtiest bathrooms he had ever been in. The women's bathroom was also very dirty and garbage was overflowing. No paper towels to dry your hands off after washing. Everything about this store was completely unappetizing. In hindsight, we should have canceled our order and walked out, but we didn't notice everything that I noted earlier in my review until after we ordered our food and received it. I was extremely apprehensive to eat the food from this restaurant and looking back, I shouldn't have. After I ate it, I was nauseated for the remainder of the day, either because of the food itself, or the disgusting condition of this restaurant for which the food was prepared in. This was the nastiest Taco Bell we have ever been in and we will never be going back.
