    The Food was good but the wait time took so long. It honestly took like 30 minutes +, I also ordered a soft taco but got a hard shell taco instead

    30 mins for an order that takes 5-10 at any other location. It’s constantly long wait times for mobile orders and anyone dining in. The only thing that moves is the drive thru. They prioritize that over everything else. Even then it’s still a longer wait than most locations.

    Avoid at all costs. They are always unbearably slow. Today will be my last visit. After waiting an eternity for my order, I was handed it, and I specifically asked if that was all. They said yes. Got home, missing $13 worth of food. Taco Bell stole my money, and I they get away with crime, since I don't see any way to contact the branch, the corporate office, or even just fill out a survey. From the other reviews, it sounds like this one just needs to shut down. It's unsalvageable. The corporation should just pull their franchise if they refuse to fix these systemic issues.

    The food is okay, but I would prefer more vegan options. The service is where things really fall apart these days. It is very difficult to get the attention of the staff as they want to force you to use the touchscreen to place your order. The problem is that the touchscreens are slow to respond and you have to navigate pop-ups attempting to get you to order more. They don't always work and there is no one at the counter to help you. All in all, it takes longer to place an order than it should. I have drastically reduced my visits to TB, as the food is not good enough to justify what you have to tolerate to place an order.
