  The purpose of ordering food on the app 30 minutes ahead of time for a scheduled pickup is to pick the food up when you arrive 30 minutes later. Not wait an additional 30 minutes. How can you suck this bad at fast food?

  If you come to this location, check your bag before you leave, make sure you get everything you paid for. I paid for an extra sauce, and it was not in the bag. Before I drove off, I told them it was not in the bag and they tried to argue with me and said it was. I looked through my bag again and told them there was only one sauce, not two like I paid for. They took my bag back to physically check themselves and then added the other one in there. It's literally just a cup of nacho cheese sauce. Would it hurt Taco Bell to give it without indirectly calling the customer a liar? They held up the line over a $1 cup of sauce. Ridiculous.

  why am I being parked to wait 10+min for my order when I ordered through the app 20min ago?? make it make senseeeeeeeee. It’s not even busy!

  Amazing! They were busy and understaffed and still have great Customer service. Very kind-read back my order-didn't rush me-great job!

  The good is always subpar at this location. They are always short staffed or no staff or cooks just a manager who is cooking and won't come out to help you. As a door Dasher I refuse to pick up any orders from this location 😞 it's the worst and makes you late every time which effects my on time ratings . I won't eat here either . I will drive to the Fuquay-Varina location instead. For better food and service . Door Dashers beware .
