- JXJuliana XueSep 22, 20251.0By far the worst taco bell i've gone to. I've gone numerous times and have had multiple bad experiences here. In some instances they forget food items, they'll ignore you as you are waiting for your order to be taken for at least 30 min to focus on whatever they are doing even after making eye contact. Bad customer service, no emotions shown, no thank you's, they all seem to dislike their job. This is mostly a PM shift issue, they're usually fine during the day. Management needs to do something.
