The owner’s son was working that day, and his attitude toward customers was unacceptable — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. It felt like he didn’t care at all about providing decent service. I expect better from any employee, especially someone representing the management. Hopefully, the owners take this feedback seriously and address the behavior so customers can feel respected in the future.
