  Don’t go unless you want to spend 40 minutes waiting on a taco. 2nd trip in a row that I’ve waited and they won’t even give you your cup.

  My total came to $15. I told the employee that I wanted to pay $10 in cash and the rest ($5.00) on my credit card. I went to hand her the cash first, but she asked for my credit card instead. Then she handed me back $3.00 and some change. I sat there wondering why she handed me cash back 🤔. I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged $10.00 cash and $8.17 on my credit card. That is not what I told her. Had to go back inside and explain the situation. After 15 minutes, some confusion finally got my payment right. I get home and my food is cold from the headache that I dealt with from people who can't do simple math. Really appreciate it that my order came with a taco that wasn't in my bag. I didn't feel like driving back to get it, my food was already cold. I should have checked my order before I left. My fault, stupid me forgot I went through the drive thru. Very disappointed......   EHHH! Taco Bell's food has gone downhill in my opinion. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito.

  They don't say anything at the drive thru you say hello and no one answers back it take them 15 mins to take each order the food is only good on late nights you can't get out of the drive thru if your late and opt out before ordering
