  Had someone at the window 10/23 @ 11:11am by the name of Mark his customer service was phenomenal especially this being fast food and Taco Bell I usually expect someone who always seems like they just don’t wanna be there and is rude. Mark was so nice. My 13yr old son noticed how great his customer service was good job. Mark continue being amazing. Thank you.

  I've yet to dine in but drive-thru orders are consistently long no matter the time of day or night. 31 minutes for a combo meal and another burrito just as one example.

  The worst experience of my life. I'm 49 years old, and I remember the old Taco Bell double-decker tacos. This new "Y5K Decades" promotion is a scam. I ordered two double-decker, and they gave me a cheap made ones. Just look at the pictures. Then I decided to talk to the manager, and she told me the owner had told the employees to watch the proportions. What? If that's the old double-decker, then Taco Bell isn't the one I used to know anymore. I'm sorry, but then I'll buy food somewhere else that doesn't rip off customers.

  Closed 30 minutes early. I was about to order and they turned the entire parking lights off. Complete darkness and then the employees just left. Very bad business pushing customers away early.
