  I think myself from someone who worked in this establishment should treat customers with respect. I'm sorry, am I wrong? No, there were these 2 women in there. I ordered, and they kept explaining to the worker. The problem, but the workers seemed like she didn't want to do her job. I'm sorry, but that hurts. Seeing them get treated like that by the worker.No wonder everybody is leave in restaurants.It's upsetting, it's sad. When I work here I was a cleaner i never seen someone get treated so poorly. Done today, Taco Bell you upset her and her friend. I wouldn't be surprised if you lost customers would I be happy. Yes, because you don't treat customers who come in and give you the harder dollar.

  Held the drive thru at a standstill for three hours and completed no orders. then proceeded to tell us they were closed, hang out the drive thru window pointing, laughing, and flipping off customers. fire every single person who was working halloween or shut down the location. absolutely disgusting experience and behavior from human beings. especially fire the woman working the drive thru, deserves to be black listed from even the most desperate of establishments. complete waste of a job that could be worked by someone who deserves it.

  They need to go ahead and hire a security guard for this location at night time. You’re guaranteed gonna wait like an hour for your food and there’s so much hostility in there just to get food security is desperately needed if they want to keep staying open this late, but that many people.

  I can’t even give a full review I ordered food at 10:30 on DoorDash. They took so long wasted my dashers time. They sent my order out to some random person. Ok cool ya know it happens. My dasher asked for it to be remade as she should have because they messed up. Taco Bell refused to remake it some bs right. You’re lucky this food wasn’t for my kids.Because I would have came up there and cause a scene. How are you finna waste a dashers time. Taking money from them. And also refuse to make my order after yall messed up do better for real. Worst Taco Bell in the midlands.

  They are horrible at night time especially when it comes to uber eats and door dash orders. They are so unprofessional. The guys who supposed to be making the food leaning on the work station, cross contamination (touching phone & food at the same time). Threaten to fight customers for no reason & have very nasty attitudes! DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING OR DOING UBER EATS/DOORDASH AT NIGHT!!
