- GSGrace Spradlin5 days ago1.0Haven't been to this taco bell in a few years , just moved back to the area , and sadly what use to be my favorite fast food place around here has become the one I can't stand to go to. The store is always messy, and employees are hateful, especially the store manager, so rude. Plus the prices are ridiculous now, I probably wouldn't care if the food was at least good and fresh, bi it never is anymore.I miss how it use to be.

- CCCarolSep 23, 20251.0Food is always thrown together sloppily, the bag is gross on the outside like they never change their gloves, lobby was nasty and not stocked, and to top it off the store manager was a rude, self centered,know it all. Honestly I've never met a man so into himself. The works all looked over worked and miserable, not their fault, clearly they don't know how to make a schedule right either because it's so hot or miss here if they'll have people or not when I come thru, you can tell when they're short people for sure. I wish this places was better so bad. Love taco bell, but this one has not been good since they replaced the old store manager honestly, he was so nice and would actually get on the line and help when they were short people to make up for the different, the new guy just seems to sit and watch. 🙄The worst kind of person to have a job as a GM in fast food. From my own work experience of 20+ years in food service,that never works and it just drags down the employees till they're spent and find a new job, which explains why they never seem to have enough people working. Id say I hope it gets better, but I don't think it will sadly.
